And we all know that when one area of our life isn’t working, all the other areas are affected.

Hiring a Life Coach doesn’t mean your life is broken and needs to be fixed. It simply means  you’re a busy person and you want to juggle all of your roles and goals with grace and ease. I’m your project manager and your counselor at the same time. Every time something comes up that has you feel stopped or unmotivated, I’ll help you move through it and stay accountable to complete the little steps that add up to really big, amazing wins! My specialties include marriage and parenting, health and weight loss, addiction recovery, and building a spiritual practice to suit your needs and beliefs.
