Compass Point for College Students – $250
Impersonal aptitude tests may help you understand your skills, but they don’t explain your passions and purpose. Even if you only have a few summer jobs on your resume, I can help you get closer to understanding what a unique set of talents and skills you’ll bring to the world when you graduate.

Getting Your First “REAL” Job – $500

Many seasoned executives will tell you that regardless of what your major was in college, you can break into any industry with the right communication skills and work ethic. I help you translate your education into a career that matches your passion and purpose.  Then, we brand you with an effective resume, clear communication skills and strategic networking.

The Lighthouse for Parents of College Students – $300

Guiding your children through choosing a college major or getting their first “real” job can be a tricky balancing act. You want to trust them to find their own way yet, at the same time, protect them from making the wrong decision.  I assist you in this process.  By acting as a neutral third party, I provide tools to help you and your child understand his/her unique talents in order to choose a major and a career direction. I also provide the accountability and support to manage their job-hunting campaign, and coach them on their communication, interviewing and networking skills.

Purposeful Positioning for Corporate Professionals – $450

Whether you’re exploring a new career by choice or circumstance, it is important to regard this transition as an opportunity. I show you how your past experiences can read like a road map to your next career. Passion and prosperity in the same job is not a myth.  I help you find your direction, brand yourself, and make the right connections to your perfect employer.

Entrepreneurial Edge for New and Small Business Owners – $700

Have you always dreamed of running your own small business? Or are you running a business now, but not achieving the results that you want?  I can help you adjust your business vision to most accurately match your purpose and passion.  Then, I help you secure success by:

–identifying and breaking through the blocks that stop you from taking your idea or small business to the next level;
